Already using ClassPulse? Sign in to your school's subdomain first — the in-app help links go straight to your school's admins.

For account-level issues (lost access, billing, password reset), email hello@classpulse.co.za from the address registered on your account.

Privacy & data requests

To exercise your rights under POPIA — access, correction, deletion of your personal information, or to lodge a complaint — email hello@classpulse.co.za with "POPIA request" in the subject line. See our privacy policy for the full detail.

Found a security issue? Please report it confidentially to hello@classpulse.co.za with "Security" in the subject line. We will acknowledge within 48 hours. Do not include any production credentials in the report.
